Special Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 100g rump steak
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 ciabatta (cut in half)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • To garnish

  • A handful of watercress (washed and drained well)
  • Method:

    Step 1 :Marinate steak with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.

    Step 2 :Heat a griddle pan to high heat. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil onto ciabatta and pan-fry ciabatta until toasted.

    Step 3 :Rub in the remaining olive oil on the steak and griddle fry for 1 minute on each side or until cooked to your liking.

    Step 4 :Rub garlic onto the toasted ciabatta and spread mustard on before topping with steak and watercress before serve.
