100g rump steak
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 cloves garlic
1 ciabatta (cut in half)
2 tsp mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
A handful of watercress (washed and drained well)
:Marinate steak with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.
:Heat a griddle pan to high heat. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil onto ciabatta and pan-fry ciabatta until toasted.
:Rub in the remaining olive oil on the steak and griddle fry for 1 minute on each side or until cooked to your liking.
:Rub garlic onto the toasted ciabatta and spread mustard on before topping with steak and watercress before serve.
